We have recently added Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian and Russian language translations to this site.
In the past week we have started to charge $12 USD a year for the ability to send messages to other members. At the time of writing, replying to messages is still free. (We do not store financial details and will never automatically bill again when the subscription period is over.)
Since this website started in March 2023, we have contacted several alternative websites and asked them to mention our website. We explained to them we were a free website. Most did not reply. However thewhiterose.uk, The Kurgan Report (on Bitchute) and Sonia Poulton (when she was on BrandNewTube) did mention us last year. The Light Paper (UK) published an article by us. Druthers published one of our adverts free of charge. We are grateful for their kind assistance.
The fact is that paid advertising is very effective in bringing in hundreds of new users. Hopefully the move to charging a small fee for the ability to send messages will help us pay for more advertising. This will bring in more users and make it more likely people can actually meet others in their city, which is the whole point of this website. Referrals from major social media sites and search engines brings us two or three new users a day. We estimate a paid advert can bring in at least one hundred users, but it does depend on picking a good medium. Our conclusion was being a free website was counterproductive as we had no money to advertise.
