You acknowledge that mainstream social media platforms have considerably more users and that you may not find any suitable users to communicate with or in your vicinity. Your contribution will help pay for the cost of website hosting and maintenance of the software used for the website.

Private messages sent to other users may be deleted when they are considered old. This will typically be between 6 and 12 months. When a user deletes his or her account, all messages other users have sent to that account are deleted, including those in the sender mailbox. When a user deletes his or her account, all messages (both in the sender’s and recipient’s mailboxes), comments, forum posts and replies by that user are automatically deleted.

We reserve the right to delete comments, forum topics and replies at our discretion for any reason or no reason. We reserve the right to block or delete accounts with profile headlines, usernames, photos or descriptions we find offensive or too overt. We reserve the right to block or delete accounts if other users report they are being used to send controlling, offensive, suggestive, overt, insulting, harassing, lookist, annoying, canned, inappropriate or overly familiar messages, have been used to post offensive comments, forum topics or replies or for any reason at our discretion or for no reason. We reserve the right to delete or block accounts seeking to circumvent the rules, limitations and restrictions of this site, lacking discernment or seeking to sell goods (digital or tangible) or services. Users planning or conducting illegal, immoral or unethical activity will have their accounts blocked and/or deleted without a refund (if a paid subscription was taken out) according to the laws of all relevant countries (the user’s country, countries we operate in and the countries of anyone they are communicating with using this platform). Anyone proposing activity against the accepted customs of the users on this site or the countries they live in will have their account deleted without a refund.

Usage of this site is subject to fair, appropriate and reasonable use according to our judgement and we may block or delete accounts to enforce this. Most people on this site wish to meet people in their part of the world. Some countries on this site are well represented and others not. It is not an efficient solution to message significant numbers of people in different countries to yourself.

If you wish to reach large number of people on this site, the most appropriate solution is to make a new post to either the forum or the introductions page, rather than bulk messaging.

Examples of unreasonable use are given below, although the definition here is not limited to them.

  • Messaging more than three people per day not in your country or region of the world. For example, neighbouring countries such as Norway, Sweden and Denmark will be considered the same country for these purposes. The same applies for countries in the same part of Western Europe i.e. France, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Switzerland.
  • Sending the first message to people with real photographs of themselves, when you do not have a real photo of yourself. Reciprocity is important.
  • Sending the first message to people with written descriptions of themselves, when you do not have either a photo of yourself or a written description.
  • Sending messages to people without care to similar geographic location, account and profile information.
  • Sending messages to people without reading their profile information and what they are looking for.
  • Engaging in messaging large numbers of people. If the number is nontrivial, then we will block and optionally delete accounts in these circumstances. If your activity is outside the normal behaviour of most members of this site, then we will delete accounts and not offer refunds on the basis the behaviour is annoying and effectively bulk or spam messaging. Please use discernment. Each account belongs to a person. The administrators of this site are sole arbiters of what is reasonable behaviour.

We understand people are concerned about their privacy. If you are using this site for dating purposes, you can use our private gallery so that your photographs are only shown to people you approve first. You can also provide photographs of yourself wearing sunglasses, a hat or taken from back or side views. In this way people you contact can gain some understanding of your appearance without compromising your privacy. In practice, we may only apply these rules to people attempting messaging large numbers of members, but this is at our discretion. Our aim here is to convey the fact that people should message people they have something in common with (if only location) and not attempt mass messaging. Our site should not be used to promote other social media sites or businesses.

We will delete accounts belonging to members acting unreasonably and refunds will be at our discretion. We may delete accounts which have been blocked by multiple members of this site and, again, refunds may be at our discretion.

The proximity feature of search only works if both you and other users (in your area) have computer/smartphone settings such that this website can access your approximate location. Your precise location is never revealed to other users – only an approximation is provided.

This site is intended to help COVID unvaccinated people connect with those with similar interests, activities, work and attitudes or living in the same area.

We are providing a system allowing you to place a personal advert, send and respond to messages from members and search and view the profiles of other members. This service costs us money in terms of software and web hosting. Payment is no guarantee you will find compatible people, but is to cover our costs and for the restrictions of the free service being lessened i.e. more searches allowed per day. COVID unvaccinated people are a minority in the USA and Europe and you should not expect quick results.

We have no way of verifying if members are free of COVID vaccines and so can make no guarantees concerning this.

We do not use automatic or recurring billing. When you subscription expires, you will not be automatically billed again.

If you are seeking unofficial (or official) wives or partners in addition to an existing wife or partner (whether official, legal or not), do not purchase any products or subscriptions from us. Do not attempt to contact the people on this site using our systems. Our contact form can be used to communicate with us concerning this.


Refunds And Returns Policy

You should check to see if people are in your city or at least in your region before purchasing. It is possible to search for people in your city before purchasing. We are grateful for all subscriptions and donations as they help pay for our web hosting.

Sales are final. Any refund or partial refund is at our discretion. We may issue a refund at our discretion for unused time if you have not commenced using our service and have not initiated contact or received contact from other members.

There will be strictly no refund (full or pro-rated) if your account is blocked, limited or deleted by us in cases where the account has violated our Terms And Conditions (see above) and, including but not limited to, supplied false information, annoyed other users, promoted other websites and commerce, attempted to sell goods or services or acted in an irresponsible, unreasonable (see above for examples) and socially inacceptable manner.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us using our Contact Us web-page.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
