There is another app called unjabbed in the Google Play Store. Do not mistake it for our one!

We have produced an Android smartphone app with the same functionality as this website. It can be obtained using the two links below. It cannot be found in the public Google Play Store yet. The links will only work if you tell us the email address you use to log into Google. This is because the software is pre-release and permissions need to be set.

It does not have the website header and footer. It has a native smartphone menu system. Hopefully it should be slightly nicer to use than our website on Android smartphones.

Having an unjabbed.net app in the Google Play Store will be good for everyone on this site. It will mean more people will find this website and so you will be more likely to find someone compatible in your city. It may mean we get more subscriptions, which will mean we have more money for online advertising.

Google will only allow us to submit our smartphone app to their public Google Play Store if we obtain 12 testers opting-in to test our smartphone app for 14 consecutive days. Note this is to test the smartphone app, not this website.

If you have not paid for a subscription already, we can give you a complimentary subscription for the 14 days of the test. All apps and websites of our genre suffer from spam and so we will only give a free subscription if we can verify you are a real person. Our photo verification tool for this purpose can be found here. If you have been on this website for some time we can use this information in lieu of the photo verification tool.

If we have invited you directly to this test, then we already are confident you are a real person and you can omit using our photo verification tool.

Taking part in this test requires us to give a list of 12 email addresses to the Google Play Store of everybody who has agreed to help with testing.

Just to be clear, our Android smartphone app is NOT in the PUBLIC Google Play Store yet, but if it passes testing and Google accept it, then it will be.

We have had a small handful of emails from people who download Android dating apps from the Google Play Store and think they are associated with this website. They are not. If our smartphone app is accepted, this problem may be mitigated. We feel some of the money we spend on online advertising is wasted when people go straight to the Google Play Store to try to download our app, when we actually don’t have an app in that store! At the moment we only have this website.
